DIRECTOR - David James has an extensive history of project and operations management. His experience ranges from Technical Director for theatres in London’s West End and the Edinburgh Festival to Project Manager for numerous World Expo pavilions and Science Centre’s touring displays.

David’s career has reached into all aspects of the entertainment industry. His keen attention to detail and constant vigilance over the clients’ vision has enabled him to produce projects of the highest quality. His technical knowledge, creative insight, and practical approach have brought him world recognition for his work.

Through David’s contribution, Nasco has been able to grow at a rapid pace. His leadership and constant drive for perfection have lead to the development of a well-rounded team capable of servicing a very diverse client base.


DIRECTOR - Brian Low was instrumental in bringing the vision of Nasco into reality. His work in the technical, logistical and financial areas have helped form the solid foundation from which Nasco has grown. Through his experience in operations and project management, Brian has developed a thorough understanding of systems analysis and operational requirements.

Before helping to establish Nasco, Brian worked with some of the foremost international and national theatrical design teams on projects such as Les Miserables, Phantom of the Opera, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dream Coat and the new production of Show Boat, through to Production Management and site coordinating roles with major concert promoters throughout North America.

Brian approaches projects with a commitment to excellence. The tracking and budgeting systems he has developed are based on the highest industry standards. By combining the creativity of design and the logistics of project management, Brian has been key in developing opportunities for Nasco.


DIRECTOR OF SALES AND MARKETING Alex Bickers has extensive sales management experience in the corporate, non-profit, entertainment and most recently, travel industries making him the perfect addition to the Nasco sales team.

As a former International Conference and Event Planner/Manager, Alex had the pleasure of using Nasco's services from the client side before teaming up with them in the fall of 2006. Armed with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Theatre from Simon Fraser University, Alex manages the national sales team over and above all marketing. As Director of Sales, he is committed to promoting Nasco to the fullest with its full range of event staffing services.


DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS (WESTERN CANADA)
- Jim Rhodes has been with Nasco since 1996. Prior to coming to Nasco, Jim had been working in the entertainment and special event industry as a production coordinator, stage manager and technician for over 20 years.

His technical expertise has given him the opportunity to work directly with such famed entertainers as Rush, Bryan Adams, Tom Cochrane, Sarah McLachlan, The Tragically Hip, Loverboy, Colin James and many others. Noted theatrical productions like Showboat, My Fair Lady and Fiddler on the Roof.

More recently, Jimmy has found a niche servicing corporate clients as well as the many venues that Nasco has partnered with. Jim’s diverse international experience and industry credits have provided Nasco with solid leadership and a commitment to excellence, customer service and dedication.
