Conversion Crew

Conversion crews work with venues to complete the tasks necessary when they are converting from one type of event mode to another, for example from hockey mode to concert mode.

This includes covering and exposing ice, athletic courts, or turf with protective materials, changing stage positions, removing bull pens and penalty boxes or setting and removing chairs.
